Biografia:
Doutoramento e Mestrado em Ciências do Desporto pela Universidade de Coimbra (UC). Licenciatura pelo Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra. Professor Convidado na UC. Coordena o Programa de Desporto Sénior, no Município de Arganil. Nos tempos livres, gosta de praticar ténis e atletismo.

PhD and Master in Sports Sciences from the University of Coimbra (UC). Degree by the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra. Invited Professor at the University of Coimbra. Coordinator of the Senior Sports Program in the Municipality of Arganil. In his free time, he enjoys tennis and athletics.
