Miguel Pina e Cunha

Biografia:
Professor Associado na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa e Coordenador da Licenciatura em Gestão na mesma Universidade. Os seus interesses de investigação incidem sobre: mudança organizacional, improvisação, liderança e estudos organizacionais positivos. Biography:
Miguel Pina e Cunha is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics of the New University of Lisbon, where he is coordinator of the undergraduate programme in management. His research focuses on organizational change, improvisation, leadership, and positive organizational studies.
